- Get Greek Blend Seasoning
- Take 1 EarthBalance Butter (Extra Virgin Olive Oil blend) - lactose free/vegan

- Cut Tempeh into strips/ halves (for easier cooking)
- Put Earthbalance butter into skillet (just enough to make non stick, and to brown Tempeh). Add Tempeh slices.
- Cook just until Tempeh is lightly browned on both sides. Season with Greek Blend Seasoning.
This tempeh is delicious for adding to Asian-inspired dishes like spring rolls, salads, and noodle dishes! Arrange the tempeh slices in the dish. Whisk together the vinegar, aminos or tamari/soy/water mixture, mustard, and maple syrup if using. Tempeh is robust enough to be thinly sliced or grated before cooking and can be deep-fried, shallow-fried, baked or steamed. Originating in Indonesia, tempeh is a good vegetarian source of protein.
