Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the tofu and baby spinach, stirring every so often to coat them in the sauce. First squeeze out the liquid from the tofu (this works best when you wrap the tofu in a paper towel).

- Stir for about 2 minutes. Halfway through, add 1 Tbsp. of white sesame seeds.
