  1. Add chicken and onion to a pan and fry till brown or cooked
  2. Boil pasta till soft
  3. Now drain water from pasta and set aside. Than add mushrooms, chicken sauce and fried chicken and mix
  4. Set in a baking tray and spread Doritos salsa on top. Than sprinkle and cover it with grated cheese
  5. Cook in oven at 170C for 25-30mins.

If it's "mushy", meaning a soft, fall-apart-in-your-mouth-without-using-teeth, then it is something else.
