Whisk briefly, then pour over the mangos. Whisk together the hot sauce, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice and garlic in a small bowl. Add the mangoes, tomatoes, jicama and onion to a large bowl. Turn the mango halves inside out and slice off the cubes.
Instructions to make Mango salad:
- Cut all veg and mango into very thin slices
- Add the dressing and marination ingredient together (salt, sugar, vinger,) together
- Add the dressing mix into the veg, mango mix together
