Steps to make Simple Salad:
  1. Rinse lettuce & chop, place in a bowl (larger bowls if preparing for multiple people)
  2. Rinse & slice/ dice cucumbers (best if slicer is used) place in bowl with lettuce
  3. Slice/ dice onion (* not the entire onion) place in salad
  4. Cut the top off the strawberries and place in salad (* rinse strawberries first)
  5. Rinse blueberries and place them in the salad mix
  6. Take 1tsp of raw vinegar and sprinkle over salad
  7. Place the lid on top or use a large spoon or fork & toss the salad mix around
  8. Sprinkle the cheese on top/ blend in
  9. Add the cherry peppers & Greek peppers in salad
  10. Sprinkle the sesame seeds & flaxseed on top..Enjoy
