- Let’s start this cake, by grinding the oat flakes well. Then add the necessary maple syrup and peanut butter, blending them further into a soft & crumbly base dough. Fold over into a round baking spring-form, pushing down all around, then leave in the freezer for 10 minutes “at least”
- The next step is the white cashew layer, so add all the ingredients, the cashews, the coconut milk & oil, the maple syrup, the vanilla bean into a blender jar and blend them very well…take the base out of the freezer, and pour this cashew layer on to of the base finally scatter a handful of peanuts over the second layer before putting back into the freezer for another 30 minutes minimum (advise more an hour maybe)
- The next one is the peanut butter layer, where in sauce pan on low-to-medium heat stir the coconut milk, the peanut butter, the coconut sugar and the pinch salt in, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Pour this cream on top of the other frozen layers, before it all goes back into the freezer again for the usual minimum 30 minutes or rather more.
- The very last move is the dark chocolate topping by melting some dark chocolate over a boiling water, and add the coconut milk to soft the chocolate up. Pour over the other layers and just put back to the freezer for more 3-4 hours…..
