  5. Put vinegared rice into seasoned aburaage.
  6. Put some eggs soboro on the left surface on the vinegared rice. Next put some chicken soboro on the right on the vinegared rice.
  7. Place two colors inarizushi on the plate.

In the northern part of Japan, Inarizushi is made into the squarish oval shape, like my Inarizushi. It represents the rice sack made of straw.
