  4. Prepare 1 sppon chilli pdr
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Make ready Little water to mix
  7. Make ready Oil to deep fry
  8. Take 1 onion
  9. Make ready Grated ginger
  10. Prepare 2 spoons chopped garlic

It should be soft but not mushy. Peel off the skin and set aside. In a small bowl take cornflour add water to it make a runny paste and set aside. Potato Manchurian is a Chinese dish it is very delicious and tasty.

  1. Chop raw potatoes, add the above said ingredients to the potato and mix well and keep aside for atleast half n hr
  2. Keep oil for heating and add the coated potatoes and fry untill the potatoes are fried
  3. In a separate pan add some chopped onion, ginger grated, garlic chopped, tomato ketchup- 5 spoons, soya sauce 1 sppon fry little and add the fried potatoes and at last add spring onions if required.
