In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom seeds in hot oil for three minutes. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Korma is prepared by marinating and then braising a meat in a yogurt or cream base.

The ingredients needed to make Chicken Qorma:
- Prepare 1 cup Oil
- Prepare Onions slice 3 medium sizes
- Make ready 1 Tezpatt
- Prepare 3 Green Cardamom
- Get 1 Darchini
- Get 1 Star anise
- Get 1 Black cardamom
- Make ready 2-3 Long
- Make ready Shahi zehra half tsp
- Take 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 1 kg Chicken
- Make ready Salt as your taste
- Prepare 1 tbsp Garam masala
- Get 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- Get Red chilli powder two & half tbsp
- Take 1 cup Yogurt
- Prepare 2 glass Water
- Take Rooh kehwara half tsp
- Take Jaifel jawatri & Elechi powder half tsp
Serve over basmati or sticky rice. In a large skillet, saute the onion, cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves in oil until onion is tender. Stir in the tomatoes, salt and potato. Optional - Saute whole spices - bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom in oil for a min.
Steps to make Chicken Qorma:
- Take a pot add oil, Onion sliced and make fry until it become golden brown.Then Take out in other plate.
- Now in same Pot add Whole Garam Masala (Tezpatt, Green Cardamom, Darchini, Star anise, Black cardamom, Long, Shahi zehra). - Cook it until aroma start come then add ginger garlic paste
- And make it fry at least 1-2 min. Then add Chicken cook it 2-3 mins
- Now add Salt as your taste, Garam masala, Coriander Powder, Red chilli powder, Yogurt, Water. Mix all the ingredients and cover it to cook until meat tender.
- When meat tender and Fry Onion Paste (Grind the fry onion in the grinder (add water if required during grind)). Also add Rooh kehwara, Jaifel jawatri & Elechi powder. Cover it to cook 15 mins.
- Now Qorma is ready.Serve with Nan or Roti.
